Much of The Governess staff has been onboard since the inception of this waterfront location.  From front of the house, to our kitchen staff; The Governess crew are always at attention for our patrons.

Chef Austin Gauger has been with ESS Hospitality for over 7 years.  Prior to that his culinary prowess was with the likes of Three Michelin Starred Restaurants such as Le Bernadin in New York City.
